How To Use The Mathematical Filter Function Within The TM Master Grids

The mathematical filter function allows you to sort and filter data within grids based on specific conditions.

In this article, we’ll explore how to use this powerful tool to quickly sort your data, making it easier to focus on the information that matters most.

This function is available on most of the columns that are date fields.

In the example shown below i will use the Fleet -> PO module.

  1. First make sure to active the TM Master filter tool which can be found within the taskbar in all grids within the system. Once activated a new row will appear at the top of the grid.

  2. Next head to any column within the grid that is laid out in a date based format.

  3. Clicking on the button in the filter field will give you the below options.

  4. Any option shown above can be used to more accurately sort data based on your requirements. In the below example i have opted to view all data in this field that is equal to the date 03/08/2018.
