Sorting multiple columns within the TM Master grids helps organize complex data quickly.
In this article, we'll show you how to sort multiple columns at once, making it easier to analyse and manage your data efficiently.
- Click any column header within the grid once to sort the data in that columns based on numerical and alphabetical order. In this example i will sort the job type column in the fleet -> standard jobs module. If you wish for this data to be sorted in reverse order the column can be clicked again to do so.
- Decide which column you want to sort the data on next but before clicking the columns header hold down the shift key on your keyboard. In this example i will sort based on the job number.
- As you can see the data has first been sorted by job type and then by the job number.
Please note that this can be done for as many columns as you wish.
