Order Reminder Functionality

TM Master holds the functionality to setup order reminders based on the current status of orders within the system.

This can be setup via the "PO" tab under the user preferences section. (this is user specific and will need to be setup for any user who wishes to use this reminder functionality)

Three options are available for selection and can all be used in conjunction with each other.

To active each reminder you will be required to select the checkbox to the left hand side and then enter a relevant number of days in the accompanying field. 

• The RFQ reminder is added to the order when "RFQ" is sent (today + x days), and removed at  "quotation approved" or higher.
• The confirmed supplier reminder is added to the order at the "order sent" (today + x days) and removed if the order is set to the status "order confirmed by supplier" or higher.
• The delivery date reminder is added when the order is sent and will trigger the specified number of days before or after the delivery date.

NOTE: You can enter the - symbol before the delivery date reminder to receive a reminder x amount of days before the delivery date.
