Order Line Numbering Scheme

As standard the TM order line numbering is assigned to each order line based on the alphabetical order.

The order report presents the order lines based on the order line numbering assigned so these will also then be presented in alphabetical order.

Within the global system settings you can change how the order line number applies.

You have the two options below.

1. Set by action (alphabetical) 

2. Set when item added

If you select the option "set when item added" the items will be assigned order lines based on which order the items where added to the order.

The first item added will be given the order line number 1, the second item added will be given the order line number 2 and so on.

This is a global setting that can only be changed at the office and will effect all vessels in the fleet.
