Fixing "Database Cache is being refreshed" Message

At times, the OLP application may get stuck with the process after the computer has restarted. The "Database Cache is being refreshed" message appears for a prolonged period.

To avoid this message, use the computer hosting the OLP application and complete the following steps.

1. On the desktop search filed, type Script Executor.
2. Click Script Executor.
3. At the Unlock Code enter the code: 1x-m25-m3i-s-r-ami2k4ys1-bbt4-ox0wgmk-a-d-a.
4. Click OK.
5. Click Load script and execute.
6. Browse to select the attached fix sta4cache database.sgscript file.
7. At the Variable value enter STA (Note that with newer setup database name is changed to OCEAN).
8. Click Next.
9. Select Desktop and click Save.
10. The script will start running and this will take some time to run.
11. Once completed you will see the text box shown Script execution has been completed and you can click Ok.
12. Click Close.
13. If the script execution has been completed, you may proceed to the computer.

Normal operation should resume after the above steps are completed.
