When you encounter an error in the OLP application, ensure you have provided a detailed log from the application to help us troubleshoot the reported issue.
This article describes how to generate the logs.
- Browse and locate folder "C:\Ocean_Services_Storage_(OCEAN_OCEAN)\Logs\STA4_SrvOutbox" and copy the file "Outbox Service (OCEAN_OCEAN).log" and send to us
- Next, start the Log Extractor application (C:\Program Files (x86)\Seagull\STA\Tools\LogExtractor or C:\Program Files (x86)\Ocean\OLP\Tools\LogExtractor).
- Select all of the log, select 'Only the lastest' or shown below.
- Uncheck the option Divide logs’ package into smaller segments option if you do not have any restrictions regarding email size.
- Click Collect logs.
- Choose a destination location where compressed log files are to be saved.
Once complete, send the log files to us.
