Providing an OLP Application Log

When you encounter an error in the OLP application, ensure you have provided a detailed log from the application to help us troubleshoot the reported issue.

This article describes how to generate the logs.

  1. Browse and locate folder "C:\Ocean_Services_Storage_(OCEAN_OCEAN)\Logs\STA4_SrvOutbox" and copy the file "Outbox Service (OCEAN_OCEAN).log" and send to us
  2. Next, start the Log Extractor application (C:\Program Files (x86)\Seagull\STA\Tools\LogExtractor or C:\Program Files (x86)\Ocean\OLP\Tools\LogExtractor).
  3. Select all of the log, select 'Only the lastest' or shown below.
  4. Uncheck the option Divide logs’ package into smaller segments option if you do not have any restrictions regarding email size.
  5. Click Collect logs.
  6. Choose a destination location where compressed log files are to be saved.

Once complete, send the log files to us.
