In the TM Master software, jobs can be disabled directly from the due list. You have the option to disable a single job or multiple jobs at once. When a job is disabled, it will appear with a grey strikethrough, indicating that it is paused and will not require signing out. You can enable these jobs at a later date if required.
Disabling a single job -
- First select the job you wish to disable directly from the TM Master due list.
- Select the disable job icon on the upper taskbar and enter the reason for why you wish to disable this job and click "ok".
- Next you will be required to confirm you wish to disable the job. If so select "yes".
- The job will now be visible with a grey strikethrough to indicate this is disabled and will only be visible when searching the due list with the "all jobs" filter or the "disabled jobs" filter.
- You will be unable to sign out a job when it is sat in the disabled status. If you wish to sign out the job at any point this will first need to be enabled.
Disabling multiple jobs at once -
- First multi select the jobs you wish to disable using shift and left click on your mouse.
- Select the disable job icon on the upper taskbar and enter the reason for why you wish to disable these jobs and click "ok".
- Confirm you wish to disable the jobs you have highlighted by ensuring the checkbox beside the job is selected and click "ok". (This checkbox is auto populated for all jobs but can be disabled if an incorrect selection has been made)
- These jobs will now be visible with a grey strikethrough to indicate these are disabled and will only be visible when searching the due list with the "all jobs" filter or the "disabled jobs" filter.
- You will be unable to sign out a job when it is sat in the disabled status. If you wish to sign out the job at any point this will first need to be enabled.
