TM Master V2 - MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM CLIENT COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS:

Software:
• Windows 10 – or later versions. Windows should be under current support in the Microsoft Lifecycles program. You may experience issues with Turkish, Spanish and Portuguese Windows installations. Have a look at our online knowledgebase (support.teromarine.com) for more information
• .NET 4.7.2 Framework

Hardware:
• Meet operating system requirements
• RAM: Minimum 4 GB. Recommended: 8 GB+
• In addition, free disk space as follows:-Application: 100 MB-Free disk space: Minimum 10 GB-Database and files linked to the system: 0 MB (all data is saved on the SQL server or on the fileserver)
• Screen: Minimum resolution 1280x1024 pixels. Recommended: 1920x1080 or 1600x1200
• Windows scaling supported: 100% (only)
The requirements can vary based on the usage of TM Master and the size of the database.

MINIMUM SERVER REQUIREMENTS:

Software:
• Windows 2012 server operating system. Windows should be under current support in the Microsoft Lifecycles program. You may experience issues with Turkish, Spanish and Portuguese Windows installations. Have a look at our online knowledgebase (support.teromarine.com) for more information.
• NET 4.7.2 Framework
• SQL Server Express 2016. Note that databases of 10GB or more require a full SQL Server license from Microsoft.

Hardware:
• Meet operating system requirements
• RAM: Minimum 8 GB, recommended 12 GB+ (Size of the database, number of users and other services running on the server can require higher hardware specifications. Please contact Tero Marine for info).
• In addition, free disk space as follows:
o Application: v2 Server: 100 MB, 10 GB free disk space
o SQL Server Software: 50 GB free disk space (The installation size depends on the installed SQL Server version).
o Database & Files linked to the system: The amount of required disk space will vary, depending on the total amount of units/vessels added to the system. Data usage represents both in term of files and database file size. Yearly disk usage growth depends on the number of clients and units connected to the system.
The requirements can vary based on the usage of TM Master and the size of the database.

BACKUP:

Tero Marine recommends using a third party scheduled backup application that can run backups on Microsoft SQL Server databases. Please contact Microsoft on backup software requirements. TM Master v2 has manual backup to file functions – more information can be found in the user manual.
