In Compas, this feature can be found through: Compas Onboard | W&R | Schedules.
The schedules page allows the user to create schedules for ranks within the system on a per-vessel basis. These schedules may then be easily applied to individual records in the records page.
To view the schedule page the user must have management-level access to the work and rest module.
This function also provides the user the ability to produce and export shipboard working arrangements in an approved format to meet the requirements of the Maritime Labour Convention - Regulation 2.3 (10) regarding Hours of work & rest.

When creating an overview report of all scheduled working hours onboard the vessel, each rank put against a schedule will be populated in any “table of shipboard working arrangements” created from the system.
Tip: Ensure only ranks which are currently working the schedules are included as Applicable. As inaccurate information will affect the ability to produce accurate Tables of Shipboard Working Arrangements. The functionality is rank based and not based on individuals.
