Setting Failure Report Running Number

This article describes how to set the running number for the failure report in TM Master. The setting is different for the office and vessel database.

Office

To set the Failure report running number:

1. Select the vessel.
2. Navigate to Ship | Details | Setting | Running numbers.
3. Set the next running number at [Next running number for failure report created in office] for the selected vessel.

Vessel

To set the Failure report running number:

1. Navigate to System | Setting.
2. Go to Number formats | Failure report No format.
3. Set the next running no by click on Edit.
4. Enter the number and save the change.
