V39.6.0 Compas Release Notes

Disclaimer: All the developments and fixes detailed in the release notes are implemented across all customer environments. However, depending on your company's settings and permissions, certain features may not be accessible or relevant.

🚀 Release Highlights

• Port Forms – Alphabetical Order Alignment
  Port form definitions previously caused some forms to appear out of order. This issue is now fixed, and Port forms in the Crew List generator are correctly sorted alphabetically.
• France Endorsement Application Form Updated
  Users accessing the France Endorsement Application form will now see the latest revision (15333*03) in both Compas Office and CSS Web. Crew can access this form directly via CSS Web, eliminating the need to switch to Compas Office.
• WRH Revamp Updates
  Performance and security enhancements have been made to the WRH module, including an improved violation hours marker on the record UI and ILO report to accurately identify fatigue hours for operational reporting and analysis.
• Singapore Tax Form IR21 Update April 2026
  The Singapore IR21 tax form has been updated to the April 2026 IRAS version.
• Stage Action Notification Email
  Appraisal workflow stage-action notification emails are now sent for acknowledgement-based stages too.
• Training Events – Future Movements for Back-to-Back Courses
  The system now generates a separate future training movement for each back-to-back event whilst retaining the crew member's prior movement
• Deleted Frequent Flyer Club Data Removed from Travel Requests
  Crew travel requests now include only the active frequent flyer club entries shown on the crew profile. Deleted entries are no longer included, preventing invalid or outdated numbers from causing travel requests to be rejected.
• SKAT Report – Car Allowance No Longer Double-Reported
  The SKAT report no longer double-counts car allowance. Previously, car allowance amounts (code 0048 / income type 0108) were also included in general earnings (0014), inflating total income and needing manual correction.
• Citibank Pool CGI Bank File Selects Active Bank Accounts
  The Citibank Pool CGI XML bank file now excludes inactive vessel bank accounts when selecting the debtor account. If multiple active accounts exist, the most recently added or edited one is chosen.
