Forms And Procedures User Rights

Below is a full list of user rights for the forms and procedures module.

Add (CanAddNewFormTemplates): User can add new form templates to the system (Administrator right, only apply to Office users)

Delete (CanDeleteFormTemplates): User can Delete form templates, if no filled-out forms are linked to it. (Administrator right, only apply to Office users)

CanReadOwnFilledOutForms: User can read the filled out forms the user has submitted.

CanReadAnyFilledOutForms: User can read any filled out forms.

CanEditFormTemplates: User can edit and update the form templates and alter the meta data related to template (Administrator right) (Administrator right, only apply to Office users)

CanModifyFolderStructure: User can create, modify, and delete folders in the manual form template folder structure (Administrator right, only apply to Office users)

CanFillOutForms: User can open a new form based on a template,  fill it out, and save it back to the system. For manual forms user can print and link the filled-out form back to the system. User can also delete own “Open” forms (that has not yet been submitted)

CanSubmitOwnForms: User will be able to “Submit” own forms that the user has initiated.

CanSubmitAnyForm: User can “Submit” any “open” forms, regardless of who initiated it.

CanReopenOwnSubmittedFormWithin30days: User can reopen own submitted forms within 30 days after submitted date.

CanReopenOwnSubmittedFormAnyTime: User can reopen own submitted form at any time.

CanReopenAnySubmittedFormsWithin30days: User can update any submitted forms within 30 days after submitted date.

CanReopenAnySubmittedFormsAnyTime: User can update any submitted forms at any time.

CanDeleteSubmittedFilledOutForms: User will be able to delete any filled out submitted or open form. (Administrator right, only apply to Office users)

CanCancelOwnFilledOutForms: User can “Cancel” own filled out forms.

CanCancelAnyFilledOutForms: User can “Cancel” any filled out forms, regardless of who initiated it.
