To check the status of Automatic Data Exchange (ADE), follow these steps:
- Log in with a vessel administrator account.
- Click on the COG wheel icon and select Support tools from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to the Importer status page, take note of the following;
- countdown timer for Time to import, Next export time must be counting down to the next cycle
- Allow automatic import, Allow automatic export both must be "Yes"
- If the Status column is reporting Error, click on the Importer Log tab.- In the Importer Log tab, select the required filters/boxes as shown and click Search.
- Browse to the latest date with Error/Warning.
- Click on the latest Error/Warning to view the error details.
Copy the entire error message if needed and send to support.
