How to initiate a force import when using Automatic Data Exchange

This article describes how to force an import on the OLP application to collect available configuration update files before the next synchronization cycle.

1. Enter Ocean Learning Platform with an admin user account.
2. Click on the cog-wheel and select Support Tools.
3. In the "Importer Status" tab, click on the "Force import" button. Once the button is clicked, the application will attempt to connect in the background to collect and process available files for the installation.
