Wage elements applicability - setup and logic

With this functionality, user can choose what wage elements to be applicable for wage matrices, according to their eligibility for Employers.

How to setup:

• in order to have data under Wage Elements Applicability, it is mandatory to have in Provider Configuration a provider type "Employer"

• the employers will show under Wage Elements Applicability

• here, user can choose what wage elements to be applicable for each employer

How the applicability can be used:

• in order to have certain wage elements applicable for specific crew, it first requires to have enabled "Hired By" field in the crew contract. Please ask OTG Support for assistance in enabling it.

• in the "hired by" drop-down list is showing all the employers that are set as eligible in the wage matrix that is applicable to the contract

After doing this setup, when adding an Other Earning/Deduction or Claim to a crew, user will be able to add only from the elements that are applicable for the selected Employer.
