Read		User can view the Docking module
Edit		User can makes changes to existingDocking projects
Add		User can add new docking projects
Delete		User can delete docking projects

CanLock		User can lock/unlock docking jobs and specifications
CanChangeStatus		N/A
CanEditTempalte		User can edit Docking Templates
CanSelectContractor		User Can designate jobs to contractors and transfer prices to the jobs & specifications
CanConfirm		User can set a docking project to the status ‘Confrmed’
CanSetRFQ		User can set a docking project to the status ‘RFQ’
CreateInquiry		User can create an inquiry zip file and an inquiry excel sheet
CanSetContractorsSelected		User can set a docking project to the Status ‘Contractors selected’
SetStarted		User can set a docking project to the Status ‘Started’
SetCompleted		User can set a docking project to the Status ‘Completed’
SetFinished		User can set a docking project to the Status ‘Finished’
DeleteOrCancelJob		User can cancel or delete a docking job or docking job group (Note:  deleting jobs is not allowed once a docking project has reached the RFQ status)
DeleteOrCancelSpecification		User can cancel or delete a docking specification or docking specification group (Note: deleting specifications is not allowed once a docking project has reached the RFQ status)
CanDesignateCrew		User can designate docking jobs to be carried out by crew instead of being carried out by contractors
EditComponentJob		User can alter the connection between a docking job and a component job
