Add a Docking Job Item

To add a docking job item:

  1. Click Docking | Docking.
  2. Select the docking project that you wish to add the job item to.
  3. Select a job group in the structure.
  4. Click Add docking job item, in the menu bar for the docking items.
  5. This will open an additional window where you can choose the type of job you want to add to the docking project. Make your choice (example ‘Free text’) and then click OK.

  6. Fill in the fields that you have data for and click Save.

Note:

  • The job item detail form has a large number of fields which can be filled in.  Some of these fields are common for groups and items (jobs and specifications). Please refer to the Docking Job detail form field list for more details.
  • As can be seen from the screenshot above, there are 5 options when creating a job.  ‘Free text’ is the simplest, giving you just a blank docking job form to fill in. The other options are dealt with later in this manual.
