Using the Docking Overview Module

To use the Docking overview module:

The Docking Overview lists all specification and job items in a grid more similar to the way other data is represented in TM Master v2.

This flexible view allows you to:

• Group and filter items on any of the item’s values.
  • Group by the column “Has orders”, and then group by the column “All orders complete”. You can now easily identify any items with orders that has not yet been received. 
• Compare and check job and specification items.   
  • You can easily identify any job items that are not connected to a component, or that you have specified an account for all job items etc. 
• Check for items marked “Need items” but has no order linked to them.
  • Filter: “Need items”, and group “Has orders” 
• Check for jobs due dates.
  • Filter or Group on Start date
