Merging Duplicate ID

As the office admin, you may sometimes need to merge duplicate crew records. It is only possible to merge personnel data that are not created by way of transferring from third-party crewing system using WEB API. 

Contact us if you do not have this merge function and we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. 

The incorrect ID (secondary account) must not be recycled to be used by another new person. The incorrect ID will be marked as Historical after it has been merged and it cannot be deleted.

To merge duplicate ID:

  1. Ensure the correct ID (Primary account) exists in the database.
  2. Click Personnel | Merge Personnel.
  3. Click on Search for Primary account. (This will be the account to be kept.) 
  4. Click on Search for Secondary account. (This ID will become Historical after it has been merged.)
  5. Verify the details before proceeding to click Merge.
