Resetting Personnel Password for Ocean Learning Platform (OLP) Onboard

This article describes how to reset a forgotten password. In the offline training application, Master and Chief Engineer onboard can reset the personnel's password.

To reset your password:

1. Master or Chief Engineer should Log into OLP with own ID number.
2. Go to Personnel and select Reset Password for personnel onboard.
3. Search for the personnel and reset the password. Enter a temporary password and save the changes.
4. Inform the user to log in with the temporary password and then change it upon regaining access to his account.
