How to delete a wrong ID from OLP

This article describes how to manage a wrong ID created in the OLP. Delete person may not be available to your account. Alternatively is to update the ID to Historical state. Historical user records remains in the system and the user is not allow to login.

Note:

  • This task can only be carried out online and you must be a shore admin for OLP. 

To update status for a person:

  1. Log into OLP online.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Personnel.
  3. Click on Search for personnel.
  4. Select the correct person from the search result.
  5. In the Personal card, update the field Status to Historical and Save the record.
