V39.4.0 Compas Release Notes

Disclaimer: All the developments and fixes detailed in the release notes are implemented across all customer environments. However, depending on your company's settings and permissions, certain features may not be accessible or relevant.

🚀 Release Highlights

• Improved Content Caching
  Static assets like scripts, stylesheets, and images served by IIS are now browser-cached, while dynamic, user-specific pages are set to never cache. This enhances load speed and security.
• Default Category 'Null/Blank' Option Added
  You can now set a Movement Type's Default Category to 'Null' or leave it blank, enhancing flexibility and reducing miscategorisation.
• 'Vessel Name' Column Added to Promotion Tab
  A new Vessel Name column has been added to the Promotion tab, enhancing visibility for crew managers in both My Tasks and Watched Tasks views.
• ASO Report Excel Export Now Shows Rank Description
  The Ranks column in the ASO report Excel export now shows the rank description (e.g. 'Master', 'Chief Officer') instead of a numeric value, enhancing accuracy for crew managers and payroll teams.
• Intertanko Report Now Includes All Resigned/Dismissed Crew
  Column S of the Intertanko report now accurately records all crew resignations or dismissals within the selected date range (regardless of intermediate statuses) ensuring precise attrition data for all companies.
