V39.1.0 Compas Release Notes

🚀 Release Highlights

• Singapore Tax Related Forms
  Updates have been made to ensure Compas remains compliant with IRAS requirements for YA 2026.
• Crew Effects Currency Declaration Form 
  If a crew member already has crew cash entries, only the cash amount and currency from crew effects are displayed, ensuring the port form always shows the complete crew list.
• Ability to Disable OFAC Check for Philippines MO Tax Domestic Remittance
  This update eliminates duplicate OFAC checks for Philippines MO tax domestic remittances, reducing unnecessary processing, and potential delays.
• SCC, Maternity, and FS3 Information Report Updates 
  Updates now prevent duplicate contribution rows with reversals, ensuring the report shows only net, relevant amounts. Also, updates for FS3 Information are now clearer, excluding lines that do not affect gross pay or contributions.
