V39.0.0 Compas Release Notes

🚀Release Highlights

• Ability to Execute Partial Refunds Added 
  A checkbox now allows partial refunds by service type within a travel request, offering a more customised and user-friendly refund process. 

• Netherlands Crew and Passenger List Updates 
  The Netherlands crew and passenger port form (arrival and departure) now automatically includes Schengen visa details for crew, uses the latest official template (version 1.5), and supports over 50 crew entries, making the process more efficient. 

• Job Call Enhancements
  The logic for the Resolution Date on job calls has been improved, allowing you to close job calls even if the resolution occurs before the crew boards the vessel, offering more flexibility and accuracy. 

• OLP Compas Crew Sync Improvement
  You can now manually sync crew and sea service data from individual crew profiles in Compas ensuring up-to-date information with OLP. 

• Unprocessed Pay Element Report Enhancement
  A Compas parameter now allows you to include or exclude wage variables in the Unprocessed Pay Elements report, offering better visibility and control over items pending processing. 

• Danish SKAT Enhancements 
  The SKAT report for crew under the DAS regimen now uses the correct income types and codes according to the latest DAS requirements, replacing the old DIS logic for better accuracy and compliance. 

• Payroll Account Sync Enhancements 
  The new 'Select All' option allows you to mark multiple wage lines as exported simultaneously, saving time and reducing risk.
