V38.10.0 Compas Release Notes

🚀 Release Highlights

• SAB Bank - New Bank File Added 
  Compas now supports a new SAB Bank-compliant file format for accurate, seamless salary payments to Saudi local, resident, and international crew. 

• Singapore Tax Regime – 2026 Central Provident Fund (CPF) Updates 
  Compas now fully supports the Singapore CPF changes effective 1 January 2026, ensuring your payroll remains compliant and accurate. 

• MO Permissions Enhancements - Improved Crew Data Visibility 
  Recent updates to the Manning Office (MO) system have enhanced security and data privacy, safeguarding confidential crew contract details from unauthorised access, preserving information integrity and confidentiality. 

• Security and Infrastructure Updates 
  We have applied security updates to enhance safety and reliability, including output encoding and security headers to prevent XSS attacks, upgraded ASP.NET MVC to the latest secure 5.x version for ASP.NET Core MVC migration, and replaced Moment.js with a secure, actively maintained library.  

• Crew Promotion – Report Generation Error Resolved 
  Errors on the Compas Dashboard during crew promotion report generation were fixed by increasing parameter size limits in stored procedures, ensuring smooth report generation.
