Overview
Info Marine's Condition Monitoring Services now include a standard integration solution, available with your subscription licence.
The Info Marine integration is a standardized interface between the TM Master (a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)) and Info Marine (a provider of condition-based maintenance/monitoring services, especially for marine vessels).
Purpose and Usage
The purpose of this integration is to:
- Automate the flow of maintenance data and recommendations between Info Marine and TM Master, supporting more efficient, data-driven maintenance operations.
- Streamline the creation, review, and action on maintenance recommendations (Requests for Change, RFCs) by utilizing real equipment condition data.
User Rights Configuration
There are two user rights (‘ViewRequests’ and ‘ApproveAndDenyRequests') available to protect the Request for Change module (see below for more information):
- ViewRequests: This user right allows you to view the content of the Request for Change Module. (This right can be configured through Admin | ViewRequests.)
- ApproveAndDenyRequests: This user right allows you to approve or reject requests. (This right can be configured through Admin | ApproveAndDenyRequests.)
To approve an 'Info Marine One Job' RFC, you must have the ‘AddNonScheduledJobs’ user right as this creates a non-scheduled job. (This right can be configured through Jobs | AddNonScheduledJobs.)
Data Flow
Data In (from Info Marine to TM Master)
- Info Marine sends reports (such as vibration measurements) to TM Master via an API.
- These reports are imported as job histories on relevant components in TM Master.
- The reports may include job recommendations, which are saved as 'Request for Change' (RFC) entries. You can then accept or reject these recommendations.
Data Out (from TM Master to Info Marine)
The Job History (see Image 1 and Image 2 below) export is triggered when all the following requirements are met:
- The job is signed out.
- The unit has an InfoMarine External ID.
- The component job has an InfoMarine External ID.

The RFC export is triggered when all the following requirements are met:
- The RFC status is changed to either ‘Approved’ or ‘Denied’.
- The unit has an InfoMarine External ID.
Summary
| Direction | Data Type | TM Master Table(s) |
|---|---|---|
| In | Job Report | TmJobHistory, TmRequestForChange |
| Out | RFC Response | TmRequestForChange |
| Out | Job History | TmJobHistory |
User Interface
- In TM Master, the dedicated ‘Request for Change’ user interface (see Image 3 and Image 4 below) allows you to review, approve, or reject Info Marine job recommendations.
- Accepting an RFC creates a new one-time job on the specified component, assigned to the Engine department.
