🚀 Release Highlights

Enhancements

• Norwegian Payroll - Date Format Improvements
  The Norwegian Net Wage Refund Report has been improved with a standardised date format for clarity and usability. Additionally, this change helps prevent blocks by the Norwegian Maritime Authority (NMA).  
• E-Appraisal Notifications - Nationality Check Added
  The new nationality check enhances transparency and auditability, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal nationality requirements.
• EU-NOAD – Improved Data Accuracy for Port and Crew List Forms
  Corrections have been applied for the Singapore Crew List and EU-NOAD Data (Germany) forms to improve processing, data entry, and user experience.
• Recruitment Support - Special Scandinavian Characters Supported
  Applicants with Scandinavian names featuring special characters (Æ, Ø, Å) now have their names correctly displayed and stored, preventing data errors. Support for ISO-8859 character sets ensures international standard compliance, reducing technical debt and future issues.

Bug Fixes

• Retention Rate - Rounding Error Resolved
  The retention rate will now show the correct decimal value, ensuring reports reflect accurate data. This leads to better decisions based on precise crew headcount and attrition figures.
• Consolidated Payslips – Accurate Monthly Reporting
  We fixed a usability issue where consolidated pay slips weren’t separated by month. Now, each month's pay slip appears on its own page, making it easier to review monthly earnings and deductions.
• Email Attachment Tab - JPEG Image Preview Fixed
  You can now preview JPEG attachments directly in the Email attachment tab, enhancing workflow efficiency. This boosts productivity and simplifies document handling for crew profiles, letting users quickly verify and access JPEGs within the Compas system.
• Crew by Source - Crew Data Now Listed
  You can now view crew data for Manning Offices with an ampersand (&) in their Libcode without any data being hidden.
