During installation of the software kit, you encountered an error message:
"There have been a problem installing xx CBTs. Error(s) log in obl_installation.log. Please contact our support desk for assistance"
To address this error, please obtain the log file named obl_installation.log from the directory C:\Ocean_Scorm_Upload_(OCEAN_OCEAN) on the computer hosting the OLP. Send the log file to support@oceantg.com
Note: If your organisation utilises a customised configuration, the aforementioned folder may be situated in an alternative location. Kindly consult your IT department to confirm the exact location of the folder.
