🚀 Release Highlights and Benefits

Enhancements

• IMOS API: Improvements have been made to the API integration, based on the most recent update by IMOS, to ensure seamless data interfacing and compliance.

• Vessel Details: When creating additional insurance packages, audit details are now easier to review and verify information. This improves transparency and ensures all relevant data is accessible. Also, visual improvements have been made to the alignment and layout to create a cleaner, more organised interface for easier navigation and readability.
• Crew List Report: The crew list report now includes remarks from the latest onboard movement for each crew member, accessible via new checkboxes labelled 'Show On Board Remarks' and 'Movement Category'. Only the most recent movement's remarks are shown for clarity. These options provide up-to-date insights into crew status and movement categories, aiding crew planning and other operations requiring current movement information.

Bug Fixes

• Training Plan Filter Fixes: The issue causing duplicate records in the Training Plan report when filtering by Manning Office and Owner Pool has been fixed.
• LSA Template Type Improvements: Previously, certificate templates showed incorrect years; for example, selecting a 5-year award printed a 10-year service certificate. This has now been fixed.
• Overdue Report Console Error: Console errors occurred when accessing the Overdue Report and other reports, causing disruptions. The errors are now resolved, and the reports should function smoothly.
• Timeout Errors in the 'Not Holding' Column: Previously, clicking a number in the Not Holding column to view crew without a specific certificate caused a timeout error. This issue is now fixed, allowing you to access the list quickly and without errors.
• Unit Based Allowance: Previously, an error appeared when accessing the Unit based allowances report. This issue has now been fixed, and the report should load correctly.
• PNG Tax Fixes: A critical bug in Papua New Guinea (PNG) tax calculation has been fixed, ensuring accurate and compliant tax computations.
• Payment Drafts: To address discrepancies when deleting payment drafts, we have enabled logging to capture details for easier future troubleshooting.
• ‘Account Active’ box not auto-checked on Crew Account: The issue where the ‘Account Active’ box wasn’t automatically checked after account activation has been fixed. Previously, crew accounts stayed inactive despite showing as ‘Active’ following an ‘application approved’ update. Now, the ‘Account Active’ box correctly reflects the account status upon activation.
• Perf Track: On Compas Onboard's Perf Track page, all vessel performance entries briefly appeared on load before refreshing to show only a few. This delay has been resolved, improving performance.
