Actions Status Explanations

This article outlines all the action statuses available in the action overview and explains the criteria required for an action to be assigned to each status.

 

 

The descriptions below are listed in the order of the icons displayed from left to right in the grid.

 

Draft - 

If an action has been created but is not yet approved the action is considered a "Draft". 

 

Scheduled - 

If a "before due" window is set, and Today is not within that window, the action is considered as "Scheduled".

 

Open (Due) -

If no due window is set the action is considered "Due" .

If a "before due" window is set ,and Today is within that window, the action is considered as "Due".

 

Overdue Within Window - 

If a "after due" window is set, and today is within this window, it is considered "Overdue within window".

 

Open (Overdue) - 

If no "after due" window is not set, and Today is after the due date (deadline), it is considered "Overdue".

If a "after due" window is set, and today is exceeded this window, it is considered "Overdue".

 

Closed - 

If an action is fully signed out, it is considered 'Closed'.

 

Cancelled - 

If an action has been approved and is no longer in draft status, and the delete button is used, it is considered 'Cancelled'.
