🚀Overview

We are pleased to announce Compas Maintenance Version 38.5.2. This includes a series of enhancements and bug fixes aimed at improving efficacy and functionality.

• All the developments and fixes detailed in the release notes are implemented across all customer environments. However, depending on your company's settings and permissions, certain features may not be accessible or relevant.
• If new features and tables are introduced for onboard applications, they may be exclusive to the onboard cloud.

🛠️Bug Fixes

[COMPAS CLOUD (OFFICE)] [CERTIFICATES ADDED FROM TRAINING EVENTS WERE NOT REFLECTED (THROUGH DOCUMENTS | CERTIFICATES)]

• Issue:
  • The certificates added from 'Training Events' were not reflected in Crew Profile | Documents | Certificates, meaning users had to manually enter the certificate and document it through Documents | Certificates for each crew member.
    • (Once a training event was confirmed and the attending crew were marked as 'Completed', the certificate could be added within the Training Event. This certificate data should have been reflected automatically in the crew member's profile (under Documents | Certificates).)

  • Log in (Compas) | Crew Profile | Documents | Certificates
• Affected Users:
  • This is applicable for all users.
• Outcome:
  • This issue has been fixed.
