Cause

A common cause of this error is due to the user PC lost connection to the TM server shared folder. 

The solution is to open the TM server shared folder from the client PC to re-establish the connection.

 

Steps

  1. Check that your PC is connected to the same network as the TM server.
    Ask your IT support if you are not sure how to do this :- ping the server to confirm.
  2. Follow this guide to Finding the System File Path.
  3. Copy the TM System File Path from previous step.

  4. Paste the System File Path into File Explorer location box and press Enter.

    Example:

  5. Windows may ask for user credentials to open the shared folder.
    Please ask your IT support for assistance as necessary.
