How To Import A Custom Flexi Grid Report

Before importing a new flexi grid report you will first need to be provided the reports unique key.

This will be provided by either the professional services or support departments.

In order to generate the unique key you will first be required to provide the SystemID for the database this flexi grid report is to be generated for.

Once the key has been provided the below steps can be followed to import the new report.

1. Open TM Master and head to the Flexi Grid module.

2. Select the "add query" option.

3. Enter the query provided by the support or professional service team and select "ok".

4. Refresh the upper grid and the new flexi grid report will now be visible.
