In Compas, this feature can be found through: Owner Application | Crew | Roster.
ROSTER: Here we can view the Roster for selected vessels and ranks.
- Click on ROSTER to access the function.
- Select required Vessel and Rank via the dropdowns. Fields are multi-select via CTRL+ENTER so more than one Vessel or Rank can be chosen
- Click SUBMIT.
We then arrive at the following screen which shows the Roster for the selected vessel(s)/rank(s).
- Displays the Vessels we selected from the Vessels drop-down from the previous screen.
- Displays the Ranks we selected from the Ranks drop-down from the previous screen.
- Allows us to apply certain Filters to our Roster.
- Here we can define certain settings on our Roster. By clicking SETTINGS, we open the below menu where we can calibrate our settings as necessary.
- SHOW TOOLTIP: Shows us crew member’s details when we hover over their name with our mouse.
- BAR SIZE/MARGIN: Calibrates the row height, bar and resource margins.
- LAYOUT: Choose different layouts such as overlap, stack etc.
- ZOOM PRESET: Set view as per weeks, months or years.
- EXPORT allows us to export or print the roster. By clicking EXPORT we arrive at the following screen.
- Adjustments to the file can be made via the top command ribbon, while the printer and save icons (highlighted in red above) allow us to print or export to PDF as needed.
- The SEARCH bar allows us to search for a crew member by name.
- We can navigate left or right using the arrows to view the previous or coming months.
- The ZOOM OUT button allows us to zoom out.
- The ZOOM IN button allows us to zoom in.
