🚀 Release Highlights

  • Maintenance Module – Last Conditions Columns Added
We've added two columns (Component Last Condition and Job Last Condition) to show component health with readable values (e.g., GoodPoor), helping you spot poor conditions for audits and reviews.
  • WBS Selector - Dependency Removed for 'Alternative Unit Code'
We've removed the need for the Alternative Unit Code to be present to display the WBS dropdown on stock withdrawals. A new 'Add WBS on Stock Withdrawal' setting now offers a Unit / Unit Type selector, allowing Admins to select which units/unit types show the WBS field selector.
  • TmItemNo Running Number Setting Issue Resolved
We've fixed an issue where changes to the TmItemNo running number format and current running number were not saved after restarting TM; now, the updated format and next number are reliably applied to new items.
  • Next Due Date Issue Corrected
When signing out a job with Fixed interval enabled, the Next due date was wrongly calculated from today’s date instead of the previous next due date. This has now been fixed.
  • Next Due Date/Date Signed Now Correctly Populated
We've fixed an issue where signing out a new job showed invalid dates in the Date Signed and Next Due Date fields. These now correctly display the current sign-out date and the next due date based on the job’s settings.

Note: New features and enhancements are available on demand, so you can activate them when it suits you, without disrupting your workflow.

If you'd like to learn more or try new features, you can see the full list of items in the Instructional Guide (login required).
