Easier Order Tracking Across Systems with External ID Column
A new user-defined column can be added which will display the ‘External ID’ for a specified external system. You can now view and reference order numbers from external ERP/accounting systems directly in the TM order grid, enhancing usability, and reducing confusion for users handling both internal and external order numbers.
