Disclaimer:

🎉Enhancements and New Features

[ENHANCEMENT] [IMPORT/EXPORT DOCUMENT | NEW COLUMNS ADDED TO EXCEL ITEMS]

• The following columns below have been added to the items import and export document:
  • Supplier Ref
  • Item Price

Preconditions:

1. Open TM2.
2. Select the database version.
3. Click OK.

Reproduction steps:

1. Log into TM2.
2. Click on the Inventory dropdown menu.
3. Click the Items menu item.
4. Select the relevant item and click the (export) icon.
5. Label the file, choose a location, and click Save.
6. The downloaded file appears, click Open.

The excel will open the following 2 sheets ‘Update existing items’ and ‘New items’.

The ‘Supplier Ref’ and ‘Items Price’ columns are available on both sheets.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------[ENHANCEMENT] [STANDARD JOBS GRID | SRF Y/N ADDED]

• The ‘SRF’ column is either visible or available to select through the 'Columns' function.
  • Where a standard job record has an SRF field populated, the field will display as checked.  

Preconditions:

1. Open TM2.
2. Select the database version.
3. Click OK.

Reproduction steps:

1. Log into TM2.
2. Click on the Fleet dropdown menu.
3. Click the Standard Jobs menu item.

🛠️Bug Fixes

[UOM CODE ERROR TO NAME ERROR IMPACTED SAP INTEGRATION]

• Issue:
  • When editing an order and clicking the UOM, the UOM changed from the code to the name of the code and was saved in the database.
    • This caused an integration issue.
• Outcome:
  • This issue has been fixed.
