How To Add A Company Logo To The Default TM Master Reports

When TM Master is installed each customer is given access to the standard reports pack.

 

All standard reports will by default use the TM Master logo as shown below.

 

 

You can however swap out this logo for a copy of your own company logo using the steps laid out below.

 

Please note this will need to be done for all reports you wish to change to logo for one by one. 

 

  1. Go to [Administration > Reports]

  2. Double click the report to open the report which you would like to change:
    • The report editor with the report should now open like this:



  3. If you click the TM Master v2 Logo which is already there, you will see that the settings for that logo will appear at the side:



  4. Click Image and then click the ellipsis that show to change the image:



  5. Navigate to the logo which you wish to use and press Open.
    • The logo should now show as the new logo.



  6. If the logo shows small – change the SizeMode to Stretch or Clip and this will allow a full image of the logo.

  7. Use the boxes around the logo to change size also and you can use the arrow keys on the keyboard to move the image around – also you may need to move some other things around for the logo to fit.

  8. Some reports have two logos, do the same steps as above for the others. (the second logo will be visible on the second page of the report editor)

  9. Click Preview to preview your changes.



  10. Click File and Save to save your report.

  11. The report is now ready to use.
