[ENHANCEMENT] [TIME FORMAT UPDATED]

In OLP, the format for time used is hh:mm:ss.
The following has been updated:
- User Interface (UI)
- CES test details (Records - CES Tests) - Time used - 00:00:00 (instead of Time used (min) 0)
- Training details (E-Records - E-learning) - Total time used 00:00:00 (instead of Total time used 00:00)
- Add record - E-learning - Time used (min) – No changes.

- In Security Settings, a new ‘Delete’ checkbox has been added to the following breadcrumb trail:

For special users who have this setting enabled, the ability to manually delete appraisals from Post appraisals has been added. This includes the following statuses:
- In progress
- Upcoming
- History
The ‘Delete’ feature has a red background and is placed on the right side of ‘Open’.
After deleting the appraisal, the result should be removed from the Performance appraisal section and the table of records in the trainee’s card.

In the excel format of the of Required proficiencies report, each folder has been split into separate columns.

If the proficiency path has a different depth, empty cells will appear in the report.

When generating report, the number of columns will always display as maximum depth of current structure.

- Performance improvements have been applied for eLearning Player APIs:
- FinalizeElearningResult
- UpdateElearningProgress
- CreateElearningResult
- StartElearningSession
After results are created or updated, the competence cache is updated for certain users.
For Maintenance Service:
- A service refreshes each customer's cache at intervals specified in the config file.
- The cache will refresh for all users (simple refresh).
- A queue/dictionary system now tracks the database name and timestamp of cache refresh requests.
- When a new Refresh Cache request is received, the service updates the timestamp and database name in the dictionary.
- Each cache refresh for a customer clears the database from the dictionary.
- If the dictionary lacks the database, the refresh will be skipped (e.g. no new customer requests since the last refresh).
For OLP:
- The cache recalculation logic in the OLP backend has been updated for specific users and simple refreshes.
- When cache recalculation is necessary, OLP requests the Maintenance service, which adds the customer to the Dictionary.

- On the report, the following issues were present:
- The report failed to generate.
- In the ‘Report criteria’ box, the e-learning dropdown menu was empty (the value ‘All’ should be the default value).
- The Show only E-learning records with minimum score parameter showed as ‘0%’ (the value should be ‘75%’).
- The ‘Ocean Technologies Group’ logo was incorrectly scaled.
- The learning objectives contained incorrect html characters.
- The Regulations contained incorrect html entries.
- When the vRegulations or vLearningObjectives values were too long they overlapped with the bottom part of the report. (truncated or flows into next page)
- According to Report requirements the description of the report should be different and should state: “This report is a training completion report and it will show e-learning modules that have been completed, along with the learning objectives and any regulations the module covers. You can select an e-learning module in the criteria window after clicking the “Generate“ button. This report is only available for a limited selection of modules.“
- The Regulations in the report should be displayed in a bulleted list similarly to Learning objectives.
- When Report is empty then it should be displayed in Task & Notifications as ‘EMPTY’ as Detailed e-learning report.
