- The contact information form has been updated to reflect current company details.

- Click the Contact dropdown menu.
- Click Contact information. The window appears with the following updated contact information.

- The ability to add the same crew type multiple times (to report hours worked individually) when signing out of a job has been added.

Preconditions:

- Select the database version.
- Click OK.
Reproduction steps
- Log into TM2.

- Right click on the relevant job and click Job done.
- Click the Personnel tab.

(Add Personnel) icon.
- Complete the relevant fields.
- Click Save and Close.
- Repeat this process and enter the same information into the relevant fields. (Both entries will be added successfully.)

[NEW FEATURE] [LOGIC ADDED TO MAKE CUSTOM PARAMETERS MANDATORY]

A checkbox titled βMandatoryβ has been added to the Parameter Detail Form.
- A Salmon warning colour has been added to alert and highlight any missing data.
- The (above) new functionalities have been added to the ProformaInvoice Form for mandatory fields.
Note:
- Any parameters with the data types (Text, Selector, Wbs, or Country) marked as βMandatoryβ prevents users from saving the form (without populating those parameters).
- For any missing mandatory parameters, a Salmon warning pop-up message will appear and change the text of the parameter field.
- It will revert to default after the data field is populated (and another save attempt is made).
- For any parameters without the βMandatoryβ check should not follow the above.
- Parameters with data types (Bool, Date, Integer, or Decimal) do not have this feature.
Once set up, the parameters can be found through the following breadcrumb trails:
- Company: Inventory | Contacts
- Component: Inventory | Components
- Crew: Crew | CrewList/Overview
- Incident: HSEQ | Incidents Overview

Click on the Administration dropdown menu.
- Click the Codes menu item.
- In the Select Code dropdown menu, select the relevant parameter (there are 12 options available).
- In the top left hand corner, click the New icon to create a new code.
- Complete the following fields:
- Name
- Code
- Data Type (Text, Selector*, WBS, Country)
- Check the relevant boxes:
- Show in Lists
- Validated
- Mandatory
- Click Save.
Once the parameter has been created, you can view the details by opening the connected form (e.g. opening a βUnitβ) and clicking the βParametersβ tab. The new parameter will show here:
