This article describes how to enable SSO and MFA in Compas.
Considerations
- SSO and MFA enablement do not require extra development on the Ocean Technologies Group (OTG) side.
- The Ops Team must enable the relevant certificates for customers before the customer uploads any certificate themselves.
- The request to enable specific certificate(s) by Ops Team can be raised through a support ticket through the Operations Management Portal.
- After submitting the request, the Ops Team will assess it and offer a feasible timeline for execution.
- Mohit Kumar and Remigiusz Byczkowski are the main points of contact for raising the tickets.
- After the relevant certificates are enabled, users should follow the guidelines provided below to complete setup (MFA configuration and password policy).
- SSO is applicable only to Compas Office users, not to Compas Self-Service.
