'Hired by' field value in Crew Contract

"Hired by" field in the Crew Contract is linked to Wage matrix applicable for the Rank and Date chosen in the Crew Contract.

Now look for above wage matrix under Admin > Wage matrix

Click on 'Eligibility' globe icon and look for 'Employer' tab.

The value under 'Applicable' section, will appear under "Hired by' field in Crew Contract

This field has implication in wage elements applicability.
