In Compas, this feature can be found through: Admin | System | Templates.

Templates can be added under ADMIN/TEMPLATES with Category of CREW APPLICATION and subcategory of PRE-EMPLOYMENT CHECKLIST.

Custom Templates can be created for Pre-Employment checks.
