Resetting your password for Ocean Learning Platform (OLP)

Audience: Shore Users

This article describes how online users reset your password.

To reset your password:

1. Click HERE.
2. On the Login window, click Forgot your password?.
3. Complete the mandatory fields.
   1. Company
   2. E-mail (Where the e-mail is your personal email address inserted into your OCEAN account.)
4. Click Request new password.
5. Check your private email account for an email with the subject "Password reset request".
6. Click on the link. The reset password window opens.
7. Create a new password and click Save password.
8. Log in to your OCEAN account using the new password.
