Logging in | Ocean Online

Audience: Shore Users

This article describes how to log in to the OCEAN Online application.

To log in:

1. Click HERE.
2. In the Login window, complete the mandatory fields (see the table below for further clarification):
   1. Company
   2. User
   3. Password
3. Click Login. The user is successfully logged into the system if all the data is verified.

Incorrect Credentials

If at least one of the credentials is incorrect, the following message appears.

Credentials

CREDENTIAL	MEANING
Company	This is your Company name. If you are unsure about correct entries, please ask for help from the responsible person in your Company Office.
User	This is your personal ID. If you are not unsure about correct entries, please ask for help from the responsible person in your Company Office.
Password	Your "Date of Birth" is a default password, unless changed. Data format is: dd.MM.yyyy as in example: 31.12.2000.
